The Thyroid Checklist I Wish Every Woman Had Sooner

Struggling with fatigue, weight changes, brain fog, or thyroid symptoms despite normal labs? This free thyroid checklist helps you connect symptoms, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle factors—so you know what to explore next with confidence.

If you’ve ever been told “your labs are normal”—but your body is telling a different story—you’re not alone.

Fatigue that won’t lift. Weight changes that don’t make sense. Brain fog. Hair thinning. Cold intolerance. Mood shifts. Digestive issues.
These symptoms are common in thyroid dysfunction, yet they’re often overlooked, dismissed, or treated in isolation.

That’s precisely why I created my Free Thyroid Checklist.

Not as a diagnosis tool.
Not as a meal plan.
But as a starting point for clarity.

Why Thyroid Health Is So Often Missed

The thyroid doesn’t operate in a vacuum. It’s deeply connected to:

  • Blood sugar regulation

  • Gut health and nutrient absorption

  • Stress hormones (primarily cortisol)

  • Inflammation and immune signaling

  • Sleep, mood, and metabolism

Yet many people only have one lab marker checked—TSH—and are told everything is fine.

The problem?
You can have a “normal” TSH and still experience very real thyroid-related symptoms.

This is where awareness matters.

What the Free Thyroid Checklist Helps You Do

The checklist is designed to help you connect the dots—between how you feel and what may be influencing your thyroid health.

Inside, you’ll be guided to reflect on:

  • Common but often ignored thyroid symptoms

  • Lifestyle factors that strain thyroid function

  • Nutrition patterns that may help or hinder hormone balance

  • Stress, sleep, and energy patterns that deserve attention

  • Red flags that signal it’s time to dig deeper with a professional

No overwhelm.
No medical jargon.
Just thoughtful prompts that help you advocate for your health.

Who This Checklist Is For

This resource is invaluable if you:

  • Have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s

  • Have thyroid symptoms but “normal” labs

  • Are you postpartum, perimenopausal, or menopausal

  • Feel stuck despite “doing all the right things.”

  • Want to understand your body before jumping into extremes

It’s also a powerful tool to bring into conversations with your healthcare provider—so you’re not guessing or minimizing what you’re experiencing.

What This Checklist Is Not

Let’s be clear—this is not:

  • A replacement for medical care

  • A one-size-fits-all solution

  • A quick fix or detox

It is a grounded, evidence-informed way to pause, assess, and move forward with intention.

Why I Made This Free

As an integrative dietitian, I’ve seen too many women blame themselves for symptoms that were never adequately explained.

You deserve tools—not confusion.
You deserve understanding—not dismissal.
You deserve to feel informed in your own body.

That’s why this checklist is free. It’s the foundation I wish everyone had access to earlier in their journey.
