This program is for you if…
You’ve been told your thyroid labs are “normal,” but you still feel exhausted, foggy, or stuck.
You’re managing Hashimoto’s, Graves’, hypothyroid, hyperthyroid, or post-thyroidectomy
You’ve tried diet after diet without lasting results
You want to understand what’s really driving your symptoms — beyond the number on your TSH
You’re working with (or open to working with) a medical provider, and you want a nutrition expert in your corner
You’re ready to commit to 12 weeks of structured, personalized work
This program is not the right fit if…
You’re looking for a quick fix or a weight-loss-only solution
You’re not currently working with or open to partnering with a medical provider
Your primary concern is outside thyroid (PCOS-only, IBS-only, general metabolic issues)
You’re not ready to engage consistently across a full 12 weeks
Your thyroid doesn’t live in isolation. T4 — the inactive form of thyroid hormone — gets converted into T3, the active form your cells actually use, primarily in your liver and gut. When those systems aren’t supported, even the best thyroid medication can leave you feeling depleted.
The 12-Week Thyroid Reset addresses every system that influences your thyroid: nutrition, gut integrity, liver detoxification, blood sugar and metabolic regulation, stress physiology, micronutrient status, and hormonal balance.
Twelve weeks gives us the time to actually move the needle — not just to identify what’s wrong, but to integrate the changes that allow your body to recover and sustain. Most thyroid clients spend years cycling through “try this for two weeks” approaches. This program is built around how the body actually heals: gradually, systemically, and with continuous adjustment based on what we learn week over week.
Inclusions list:
One Comprehensive Thyroid Assessment (90 minutes) — a deep-dive review of your thyroid history, labs, medications, gut and liver function, lifestyle, and goals
Ten weekly coaching visits (60 minutes each) — progress tracking, plan adjustments, troubleshooting, and continued education
Lab-informed nutrition recommendations — personalized to your bloodwork and symptoms, in collaboration with your medical provider
A personalized supplement strategy — built around your micronutrient gaps, your medications, and what's safe and evidence-based for your thyroid type
Direct messaging support between sessions (Monday–Friday) — for questions, side effects, plan clarification, or accountability
A written summary after each session — so you always have your plan in writing
Provider referral coordination — when additional clinical evaluation, labs, or medication discussions are needed
Complimentary access to The Thyroid Protocol Course — included as a self-paced companion to your 1:1 work ($97 value)
A phased approach designed to build on itself — each phase prepares your body for the next.
Comprehensive assessment, baseline nutrition reset, and the first targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to your thyroid type.
Addressing the two systems in which T4-to-T3 conversion occurs. Gut healing protocols, liver-supportive foods and habits, and inflammation reduction.
Blood sugar regulation, micronutrient repletion, and integration of any hormonal considerations. For clients who are independently working with a medical provider on therapies such as HRT or GLP-1 medications, we tailor the nutrition plan to support their experience and outcomes — protein adequacy, micronutrient repletion, GI comfort, and muscle preservation.
Building the daily rhythms that protect thyroid hormones, long-term sleep, stress physiology, movement, and the lifestyle adjustments most likely to stick.
Locking in what’s working, creating your maintenance plan, and mapping out your continued care path beyond the program.
Twelve weeks of personalized 1:1 care, all sessions, all messaging support, written summaries, and complimentary course access — everything listed in What’s Included above. No hidden costs beyond optional lab testing or supplements (which I’ll recommend in collaboration with your medical provider, and which are billed separately by the relevant lab or supplement provider).
This program is offered on a cash-pay basis and is not billable to insurance. If you have insurance and would prefer to use it, I offer individual Medical Nutrition Therapy sessions through Berry Street, accepted by most major insurers. Click here to visit my Service website to learn more.
Important: This program is for educational guidance and medical nutrition therapy within the scope of my LDN practice. I do not prescribe medications, hormone replacement therapy, or peptide therapies. All prescriptions are issued independently by a licensed medical provider following a separate clinical evaluation. This program does not replace medical care from your prescribing provider.

The next step is a free 15-minute Discovery Call. We'll talk through your thyroid history, your goals, and whether the 12-Week Thyroid Reset is the right fit for you. No pressure, no obligation — just clarity on the right next step.
Individual sessions are excellent for one-time guidance or ongoing maintenance. The 12-Week Thyroid Reset is built for clients who want a structured container — phased work, between-session messaging support, written summaries, and a deeper level of accountability than à la carte care can provide. Most clients see meaningfully different results in 12 weeks of structured work than in 12 weeks of scattered sessions.
The 12-Week Thyroid Reset is cash-pay only and not billable to insurance because it includes services (messaging support, course access, written summaries between sessions) that insurance does not reimburse. If you’d prefer to use insurance, individual MNT sessions are available through Berry Street with most major plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare.
Many clients can use HSA or FSA funds for this program because it qualifies as medical nutrition therapy. I recommend confirming eligibility with your HSA/FSA administrator, and I’ll provide a detailed receipt for your records.
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice through your Practice Better client portal. Life happens — I'd rather move a session than have you push through when you're not at your best.
Yes, the entire program is virtual. As long as you’re a resident of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Illinois, or the District of Columbia, the states where I’m licensed, we can work together.
Start with the Comprehensive Thyroid Assessment ($250) — a 90-minute deep dive that gives you a personalized roadmap without a 12-week commitment. Many clients begin there and decide to enroll in the full program after they’ve seen how I work.
One 60-minute coaching visit per week, plus weekday messaging support for questions between sessions. Most clients spend 15–30 minutes a day on the nutrition and lifestyle work itself — meal prep, supplement timing, light tracking — though the exact rhythm is built around your real life, not the other way around.
Sometimes. If you have recent thyroid labs, we’ll start with those. If additional labs would meaningfully change our approach, I’ll recommend specific tests and coordinate with your medical provider to order them. Labs are billed separately by the lab itself and are not included in the program cost.
Twelve weeks from now, you can be in a very different place. The first step is a free Discovery Call.
